As a certified instructor of Guided Autobiography through the Birren Center for Guided Autobiography, I’m now offering 6-week classes for people who want to write about highlights of their lives and leave a written legacy—two pages at a time.

Prior writing experience is not required. GAB classes meet once a week in two-hour sessions for six weeks. Don’t hesitate to contact me for more information on course schedules.
